I'm a big fan of re-reading old favorites of mine. I have them sitting on my "keeper" shelves - and from time to time will pull one out and read it again - for the third time, or the fourth time, or..... Some of them I re-read every year. Yes, every year. One of them is "Be Buried in the Rain" by Barbara Michaels. This copy was given to me by a friend and is a mass-market sized hardback. I love it... It fits so sweetly into my hands. The story takes place in Virginia (my state), over a hot, humid summer.... Hmmm, sounds like real life for me.. Oh, that's right! It is real life - LOL!There is a big old house, a ghost, some old bones, and a dog named Elvis. What more could you want!
